Do I have a couple of coupons left for the rides?
Keep them! They are always good, either for another event or coming back next year.
Is my purchase transferable?
You have a problem? No worries! You can come and have fun at another event. Your purchase is valid for the whole season.
Where can I find discount coupons or a promo code?
There are no discount coupons in circulation at this time.
What to do to report a lost item?
Get to the main box office near the entrance as soon as possible to let us know. The ideal is to still be there. If not, contact us at 450 FUN-SHOW.
Can I bring my dog to the site?
Yes, small dogs are allowed on leashes and larger dogs with muzzles. Service dogs are permitted at all times.
What happens in case of rain?
During a passing shower, rides stop, but as soon as the rain stops, 10 minutes after rides are open again. If it rains profusely and non-stop, we may have to close (safety issue). No refund is made in case of rain.

Is it suitable for autistic or different children?
Mention at the box office that your child is different, we have a bracelet that shows operators to pay particular attention to the child and allow the parent to come closer, to install the child or to intervene.
What is the minimum age for rides?
To get on the rides, it's the height that counts. There are rides for kids from 30 inches (76 cm).
Do you have group packages?
No, no group booking or package available at this time.
Is it possible to bring my food?
Yes, you can bring your drinks and food. However, expect that we have no picnic space, the tables we have on the site are reserved for customers of our canteen.
Is there any alcoholic beverage on site?
No, alcohol is not allowed on site.
Is smoking allowed on site?
No, smoking is not permitted on site.
Is there food available on site?
Yes, we have on-site beverages, delicacies and canteen-type catering.
Is there a washroom on site?
Yes, we have portable chemical washrooms on site.
Is there any parking?
Yes, there is always parking nearby and unless there is an exception it is free.
Does the daily bracelet include games of skill?
No, games to win prizes are not included. You must pay directly to the game you desire to play. The cost varies depending on the game and the number of chances purchased.
Can I leave the site and come back later?
Yes, you can exit and re-enter. But if capacity is limited, you will need to queue again if necessary.
Can I buy a bracelet for 2 days or more?
No, bracelets 2 days or more are not available this year.
Is it free for 2-year-olds?
No, there is no free ride.
Is the daily bracelet the same price for a child?
Yes, the daily bracelet is the same price for everyone, regardless of age.
Do I have to print my bracelet that I bought online?
No, you don’t need to print it. Just show the code you received by email using your cell.
Can I pay in cash?
Yes, of course! We accept credit, debit and cash.
Can I buy my bracelet on site?
You can buy your daily bracelet in advance via our website or buy directly on site on arrival. Both ways are available and at the same price.
What is the difference between coupons and the daily bracelet?
Coupons are for a one-way ride while the daily bracelet allows unlimited access to rides for one person, for the whole day.
If I don’t want to ride, do I still have to pay?
No, no need, admission to the site is free. You only pay if you want to board the rides.
Do I need to book?
No, we don’t, because we don’t have a reservation system.
Is wearing a mask mandatory?
Mask is not required to enter the site or rides, but still highly recommended.
